GOODS INWARDS
The first step in production is the goods arriving to our plant. Our goods inwards is fully covered and the delivery vehicles back into the refrigerated unloading bay
STORAGE
The new delivery arrives is put immediately into temperature controlled storage
INSPECTION
The carcasses are visually checked for their condition and to ensure no foreign bodies are present
DE-BONING
Our experienced butchers de-bone the carcass parts
TRIMMING
The meat is then trimmed and sorted into the various cuts we make
WASTE DISPOSAL
Our fully mechanised production system automatically takes any waste produce up and out to our waste containers
PACKING
Once the meat is trimmed to the various cuts it then passes through our packaging system. It is packed into either vacuum sealed bags or food grade sealable bags
FOREIGN BODY DETECTION
Every packed product is then passed through our detection system to ensure no foreign bodies have entered the food chain
PACKAGING
Once the produce has been scanned it is then boxed and band wrapped and the tracing information is added to each box or bag
OUTWARD STORAGE
Once ready for distribution, the produce is stored in our temperature controlled stock room ready for its final checks and loading
ORDERS
The required produce is readied for a customer order. In this case the food trays are palletised for easy delivery
SAFETY
The produce on the pallet is double checked for temperature before leaving to ensure all standards are met. The temperatures are recorded as part of our on-going commitment to a strict health and safety policy
SHRINK WRAPPING
The final pallet is wrapped and sealed to ensure the order remains intact and free from outside items
GOODS OUTWARDS
The produce is then loaded onto our refrigerated delivery vehicle ready to take to our customer
